'The Channel Four Daily' was Channel 4's foray at a regular breakfast television magazine. The programme was produced by ITN, in collaboration with various other production companies.

The programme launched at 6am on Monday April 03 1989. Content consisted of news, current affairs, business, sport, entertainment and arts, and a specially-produced, shorter version of the 'Countdown' quiz. The programme was broadcast Monday to Friday, 6am to 9.25am.

Presenters included: Carol Barnes; Dermot Murnaghan; Jill Carter; Susanna Simons.

The final edition of the programme aired on September 25 1992.
