Hallowe'en 1988 and a brand new look for the 'Nine O'Clock News' and weekend bulletins. The new titles were designed by Lambie-Nairn. We now had one presenter rather than two, which was usually either Michael Buerk or Martyn Lewis. We also had occasional stints from the likes of John Humphrys and Nicholas Witchell.
